ZUMBA is fun dance based exercise class with great music from around the world (e.g. latin, bollywood, cumbia, reggaeton, samba). 
My class is easy to follow with intensity options in every song allowing everyone to get the workout they want.
My main focus is making the class fun and achievable- people leave knowing they've exercised but with a big smile on their faces!


Using bands and body weight to improve muscle strength, bone strength, core strength, flexibility and mobility. Keep your body well for life!

  • I have the training and experience to accommodate people with injuries or long term conditions- giving movement alternatives where needed.
  • Zumba and Strong for Life classes are £5 or buy a 10 class card for £45.
  • No booking needed. 
  • Wear comfy workout clothes, trainers (for Zumba ones that allow you to twist), bring water and a small towel.

TUES 1215-1300 PILLAR (Mental Health Charity) 
South Church, Stonehaven
This gentle exercise class is run at the Pillar Stonehaven drop in group which runs Tues 11.30-2pm  with lunch. 
Pillar run a variety of groups in Stonehaven and Laurencekirk, They can also provide one to one support and information. If you have a mental health problem and would like help, please contact Pillar direct on 01569 767222

THURS 11am Chair Based Exercise Class Stonehaven Community Centre- Outside Hall £4

The classes can be attended via referral from doctor, nurse or consultant for anyone with heart problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, mental health problems, balance issues.
Self referral is possible for those with a long term stable conditions and the class would be of benefit. 

The Circuit Class consists of 15min gentle warm up then 2 mins at each Exercise Station for 35mins followed by  a gentle cool down, stretches and relaxation.

The Chair Based Class is suitable for those that are unsteady on their feet and would like to improve their strength, balance and mobility in order to get out and about easier. 
The class consists of a gentle seated warm up, seated/standing movement, balance exercises, band based strength exercises, stretches and relaxation. Participants can be seated whenever required.
